Main Target - losing weight without any harm, body detoxing, skin improvement and digestive system cleansing. 

 

NUTRITION 

  • Standard calorific value on the first day: 1800 - women. 2500 kcal - men. Calorific value will be measured individually for each guest based on targets, basal metabolic rate and energy expenditure during workout at the nutrition consultation. The program focused mainly on calorie deficit and losing weight.
  • If the guest would like to focus on detoxification instead of losing weight, calorific value will be calculated at initial nutrition consultation.
  • The menu is based on healthy nutrition without sweets, salt, flour, alcohol, thermal processing of dishes allows to keep all the useful substances.

FITNESS

  • Cardio workout is low-intensity. Clear monitoring of heart rate zones provides losing excess weight by reducing body fat rather than muscle loss.
  • During fitness expert meeting a training program is prepared upon the guest's preferences and the body composition results by using analysis scales
  • Functional pulse testing - identification of optimal pulse zones of fat burning, determination of the state of the cardiovascular system
  • Four workouts a day:
  1. Morning exercise (40 min) to prepare the body for a training day
  2. Cardio workout (55 min) of low-intensity: Nordic walking, skiing, biking
  3. Functional Training
  4. Mind Body (Yoga, Pilates, Stretch) or Aqua Aerobics

SPA

  • 1 SPA treatment a day focused on reducing body volumes, skin care and improvement: Lymphatic Drainage, Body Scrub or Body Wrap
  • Unlimited access to wellness area from 11 am to 10 pm: pool, sauna, hammam
  • SPA menu includes: sports massage, Charcot's douche, Sauna, Hydro Massage Baths
