NUTRITION
- Program does not imply calorie restriction. Balanced healthy nutrition without a calorie deficit. Standard calorific value on the first day: 1800 - women. 2500 kcal - men. Calorific value can be changed up or down upon guest’s request depending on task and eating habits at nutrition consultation.
- The menu is based on healthy nutrition without sweets, salt, flour, alcohol, thermal processing of dishes allows to keep all the useful substances.
FITNESS
- Workout is middle and low-intensity
- Two/Three workouts a day:
Morning exercise (40 min) upon request
Cardio workout (55 min) of low-intensity: Nordic walking, skiing, biking
Mind Body (Yoga, Pilates, Stretch) - revitalization and stretching.
SPA
- 1 SPA treatment a day: Relaxing Massage, Body Wrap, Hydro Massage Baths
- Unlimited access to wellness area from 11 am to 10 pm: pool, sauna, hammam
